O Papel de Operadores Logísticos em Ações de Sustentabilidade

Resumo: Por meio de um estudo teórico a respeito de operadores logísticos, gestão colaborativa e sustentabilidade na CS, o artigo explora o tema referente ao papel deste agente em ações sustentáveis. A discussão embasa os principais fundamentos que compõe estes conceitos e o inter-relacionamento existente entre eles para fundamentar o papel que estes provedores podem desenvolver com seus clientes para condução de projetos e ações em sustentabilidade. Conclui-se haver dois focos: um interno em que o PSL deve agir como instituição responsável em seus negócios e os negócios de seus clientes, e outro externo em que ele deve focar as operações que atendam as necessidades de seus clientes e das cadeias de suprimento em que presta serviços.

Abstract: Through a theoretical study about logistics operators, collaborative management and sustainability in SC (Supply chain), the article explores the theme on the responsibilities of this agent in sustainable actions. The discussion presents the main reasons that make these concepts and interrelationships between them to support the role of these providers can develop with its customers to conduct projects and actions on sustainability. It was observed to have two focuses: one internal in which the PSL should act as the institution responsible in their business and the business of its customers, and other external in which it should focus the operations that attend the needs of its customers and supply chains in that provides services.
